MUBBITS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, trading as MUBBITS, operates mubbits.com from Pakistan. This notice describes personal information handled for our own website, enquiries and recruitment. A client’s product may have its own privacy notice and contractual data-processing arrangements.

Information you give us
- Project enquiries: your name, email, selected service or project type, budget information and message. The fitness enquiry form may also ask for a social/profile link, audience size, offer stage and selected package.
- Correspondence and calls: information you choose to share in email or when arranging and discussing a project.
- Job applications: the introduction, CV, work samples, profile links and other information you choose to email to our recruitment inbox.
Please share only what is needed for the conversation. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in a project brief.
Information associated with a website visit
Hosting and security providers process technical request information to deliver the site and operate the service. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, enquiry outcomes and booking-link clicks. Our enquiry event payloads use recognised public page paths and form/package identifiers; we do not put the name, email, budget or message fields into those events.
If you allow advertising tracking, Meta Pixel sends page-view and associated browser/request information to Meta. This can help measure campaigns and support advertising audiences. A Meta page view can include the page URL and information handled by Meta’s technology; it is separate from our form-field payload.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are optional and remain off until the relevant category is allowed. See the Cookie Policy for storage, provider links and controls.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand requirements, prepare proposals and manage requested business discussions. We use application information to consider recruitment enquiries. We also use necessary technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities may involve steps requested before a contract, performing an agreement, a legitimate interest in managing relevant correspondence and security, or a legal obligation. Optional analytics and advertising tracking use your category-specific consent.
Marketing emails require a separate explicit opt-in. Sending a project enquiry, applying for a role or accepting website cookies does not enrol you in an email marketing list. If you separately opt in, you can withdraw that permission by the unsubscribe method provided or by emailing us.
Who helps process the information
Enquiries are sent through Firebase Functions and Resend to our business mailbox. We keep enquiry and application correspondence in the mailbox. MUBBITS personnel handling the relevant enquiry or application use it for the purposes described above.
Google/Firebase supplies hosting and technical infrastructure, Resend supplies enquiry-email delivery, and our mailbox provider handles email storage. Google Analytics and Meta receive information only when their optional category is enabled. If you follow a Calendly booking link, Calendly processes the booking under its own notice. Links to Gmail, Outlook, social platforms and other external websites also take you to the relevant provider.
These providers may process information in Pakistan, the United States or other countries where they operate. We do not claim that all website or enquiry data stays in one country. Applicable contractual and legal requirements govern any relevant international transfers. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.
How long we keep it
Our mailbox retention period for unsuccessful enquiries and job applications is 90 days from receipt. Information that becomes part of an active client engagement is handled under the relevant agreement and applicable record-keeping obligations. If a specific legal obligation or dispute requires a record to be retained longer, we limit retention to that purpose.
Your cookie choice is stored for up to 180 days on the browser that made it. Optional provider cookies and technical service logs have their own purposes and retention settings; the 90-day mailbox policy is not a promise that every provider log or backup is erased on the same date.
Your choices and requests
You can change optional tracking through . Withdrawing tracking consent does not affect an enquiry’s delivery or prevent you from reading the website.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Some requests have legal exceptions. Contact us to exercise an applicable right or raise a concern; you may also complain to the appropriate data-protection authority.
