Website use and project agreements

These terms describe use of mubbits.com, operated by MUBBITS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, trading as MUBBITS. You may use the site to learn about our work, read our guides and contact us about a project or role.

Each client’s signed proposal or contract governs the services we provide. That agreement sets the applicable scope, payment schedule, cancellations and refunds, ownership or licences, confidentiality, support, warranty, governing law and dispute arrangements. These website terms do not replace it.

A contact form submission or discovery call alone does not create a paid engagement. An agreement must be reached through the relevant proposal, contract or other expressly agreed commercial process.

Information, examples and estimates

Website service descriptions, articles and illustrative interfaces provide general information. Clearly labelled examples, planning calculations and sample budgets are not a quote for your project. Provider requirements and technical information may change; consult the current official source and the terms agreed for your work.

We do not promise a particular search ranking, sales result, lead volume, approval by an app store or other third-party business outcome through use of this site or its guides.

Use the site responsibly

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, impersonation, malicious submissions or interference with its availability or security. Do not attempt unauthorised access to systems or private information. Give us accurate contact information and only provide project or application materials you are permitted to share.

Nothing here is intended to prevent legitimate security reporting, permitted search-engine indexing, accessibility tools or use otherwise allowed by applicable law.

Website materials and client work

You may read and link to our public pages. Reuse of substantial website text, software, illustrations, branding or third-party project materials requires the relevant owner’s permission unless applicable law allows it. The Legal Notice identifies the website operator and explains the distinction between our materials and client or third-party rights.

Ownership of commissioned work, source code, licensed components and portfolio permissions should be established in the signed project agreement. Displaying a project on this website does not transfer rights to another visitor.

External services and availability

External links, tools and provider documentation are supplied for relevant context. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their continued availability or their decisions.

We take reasonable care with the site, but it may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Contact us if you find something inaccurate. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides a specific promise in an applicable signed agreement.

Privacy and contact

The Privacy Policy explains enquiry and application handling. The Cookie Policy explains optional tracking and how to change it. They are separate from any service or data-processing agreement for a client product.

We operate from Pakistan. Applicable mandatory law and rights continue to apply; a service agreement should identify the law and dispute process governing that engagement.

Changes

We may revise these website terms when the website or its practices change. The updated date identifies the current version. A website update does not silently amend an existing signed project agreement.
